  • Kris Lindsey, RD of Mainely Nutrition will present on Eating Well for 1-2
  • A panel of your peers will offer ideas for sensible exercise
  • Free blood pressure checks
  • Informational displays, giveaways, and door prizes
  • Free lunch provided by Sue Rowe “and friends”
