Post-explosion rental housing needed

As you probably already know, the propane explosion on Gables Drive destroyed a number of nearby houses as well. One of the residents of the affected units is currently staying with her daughter out of town, but would prefer to be back in Yarmouth, a town she loves.

If you know of any dog-friendly rental housing in Yarmouth that might available for the next twelve months or so, please send an e-mail to YCAN@ycan.info and we will pass along the information.

Thank you!

Over the past two years, the Yarmouth Community Food Pantry has assisted as few as 79 people in a month, and as many as 187. Since the number of people helped varies considerably from month to month, the chart below shows a 3 month average of the data to smooth things out a bit:
YCFP History
The need for assistance has grown fairly steadily over the past two years, culminating with an average of 160 people being helped each month for the last three months of 2012.

Thank you to all those who have contributed food, other items, funds, or time to help meet the needs of our community! The people visiting the Yarmouth Community Food Pantry, as well as those managing it, appreciate your help very much.  We all look forward to both your continuing support and better economic times.
