The YCAN Grants Program has supported many local programs, including:
- School Nutrition Closet: YCAN has supported the School Nutrition Closet in collaboration with the Yarmouth School Nutrition Department. The Nutrition Closet provides snack foods, as needed, to students in all four Yarmouth schools during the school day. Over the years, the Nutrition Closet has also provided shelf-stable, take-home food on Fridays to any student facing weekend food insecurity.
- The Yarmouth Community Harvest Dinner: YCAN has been a steadfast supporter of this annual event which serves as a fundraiser and celebration of the work of the Yarmouth Community Garden. A Yarmouth Community treasure, the Yarmouth Community Garden provides fresh summer vegetables to the Yarmouth Community Food Pantry and seniors in Yarmouth.
- Yarmouth Farmers' Market Food Vouchers: YCAN supports the Farmers' Market so they can offer vouchers to help make shopping, and supporting local vendors, accessible to those who may not otherwise be able.
